Any items found on board the buses or in the public areas are handled by ASF according to internal procedures governed by the Quality Management System.
Items are logged and remain available for collection by the legitimate owner at the relevant bus depot for 15 days from the date on which they are found. After that period has passed, they are sent to the Como headquarters located at Via Asiago, 16/18. Found items shall be held at that location for 3 months, after which they will be donated to charity if possible, or destroyed. Perishable goods are held for a maximum of 24 hours.
