How to use

The Subscription is to be downloaded on the user’s cell phone, you cannot travel with the purchase confirmation received by e-mail and or activation. The e-mail does not constitute a valid ticket.

Use the procedure from the web portal if you are the parent purchasing the Online subscription on behalf of your children or third parties, associating the user’s cell phone number.

The procedure involves the following steps:

  • Log in to the web portal or register if you are a new subscriber
  • Enter the subscriber’s information to sign up for a membership card.
  • Wait for confirmation email, within 48h working ASF validates online requests.
  • Proceed to purchase subscription
  • In just a few clicks, the game is done!

*The Digital Card, purchased online, is not issued after purchase by the Ticket Office staff, it remains available from the APP.

App Arriva MyPay

Thanks to the revamped Arriva MyPay App, you can create your ID card, purchase your travel tickets and carry them with you on your smartphone at all times.

With your digitized ID card, you can make your subscription purchase directly in the app using one of the following payment methods:
