Mobility Charter
The Mobility Charter is a document prepared in implementation of the Prime Minister’s Directive of January 27, 1994, Law No. 273 of July 11, 1995, and the Prime Minister’s Decree of December 30, 1998.
Its purpose is to improve the relationship between ASF AUTOLINEE srl, and citizens as customers of the services offered by the company.
The Mobility Charter aims to achieve the following objectives:
- the improvement of the quality of services
- The improvement of the relationship between the customer and ASF AUTOLINEE Ltd.
- Greater transparency in the quality of services offered
- Disseminate the goals that the company has set for itself
- Disseminate the results of customer satisfaction surveys conducted 2 times a year.
The data included in the Mobility Chart are as of December 31 of the previous year, and the deadline for achieving the standards is December 31 of the reporting year.
