Travel documents
In addition to normal travel passes, customers may be in possession of “Regional Free Travel Cards,” which allow them to travel alone, or with an accompanying person. It is specified that if the card says “with companion,” this is not a constraint on the traveler, in fact the person can also travel alone, as long as he or she is able to get on and off the bus independently.
Passengers in wheelchairs
The company is implementing equipping its fleet to transport customers in wheelchairs.
At the moment, not all the fleet is equipped with it, but for urban transport, the routes that are guaranteed with buses equipped with a wrapping platform have been indicated on the timetable to the public, as well as on the timetable at stops.
For out-of-town service, please report to 031-247111 at least the day before so that our staff can arrange transportation appropriately.
Please note that only one wheelchair user is allowed to be transported at a time, and therefore, if there should already be one on board, the driver will not be allowed to board a second one.
Moving the platform: When getting in and out of the car, it is the responsibility of the traveling staff to move the platform and ensure its stability.
Passenger boarding and disembarking: For boarding and disembarking from the bus, the customer must move independently, or he/she can be helped by the attendant, if any.
Travel conditions: Before departing again after boarding, passengers are required to anchor themselves to the appropriate safety restraints. Only one wheelchair is allowed on each bus at a time.
Blind and visually impaired passengers
Guide-dog transportation: Guide dogs are allowed to travel free of charge, even if the blind person is assisted by a companion with a free ticket.
Passenger boarding and alighting: When boarding the bus, the passenger can communicate the alighting stop so that the driver can signal it at the appropriate time.
