Please be informed that as of SEPTEMBER 1, 2024, paper tickets for the urban network/area will no longer be sold by authorized ASF resellers.
You can buy them through smartphone applications and My Cicero and/or DropTicket website; directly on board the bus, from the driver, with surcharge (urban area €2.50) or from the Contactless SwipeOnLake System (urban area €2.00).
You can also buy the 75-minute one-way ticket for the Como urban network, in cash or with credit or debit cards, at the parking meters located in the 166 parking lots of the Municipality of Como parking network managed by CSU, or at the automatic ticket machine located outside the ticket office in Piazza Matteotti (payment by credit or debit card).
The travel tickets in your possession can be used until 31/12/2024, after which you can request reimbursement at the Como Autolinee Station counter in Piazza Matteotti or at the counter at the bus station in Menaggio until 31/03/2025.
